Applikationshinweise: Approved: ELISA (1:2000 - 1:10000), ICC (1:500 - 1:1000), IF, IHC, IHC-P (1:500 - 1:1000), WB (1:2000 - 1:5000)

Usage: ELISA - Direct or indirect: 1:2000-1:10000. Immunocytochemistry - 1:500-1:1000. Immunohistochemistry - Paraffin sections (1:500-1:1000. Western blot - 1:2000-1:5000 using ECL. Suggested blocking and dilution buffer is PBST with 0.05 % Tween 20 and 5 % skim milk. Suggested incubation time is 1 hour at rooom temperature. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
